Notes:
We need to explain that the way we do workshops is virtually the same as interviews. We present to the management a set of outline 'Concerns' and discuss these in 'narrative' form, with no 'numbers'.
We don't use spreadsheets as 'wall projections', just mind-mapping techniques for walk through of existing content and gathering of new material.
The management workshops are used as previews of the report.
There will be as many management workshops as needed to arrive at the final report.
